Favourite Cake Bases include:
Rich or Light fruit cake, vanilla sponge, Carrot, Madeira, Orange, Lemon or Chocolate Cake.
Popular fillings include:
Plain or flavoured butter cream, jam and chocolate ganache.

All of our cakes can be adapted to meet with the individual requirements of your wedding or occasion, for example the bottom tier could be fruit with chocolate in the middle layer and a lemon cake on top.

Traditionally wedding cakes are a rich fruit cake, but not everybody likes fruit, so we like to give our brides the choice. You can pick your cake base from our selection or you are more than welcome to have a favourite of your own
